When you login, you will be taken to your personal video interview page where you will see your video interviews and learn more about the process. You can use the same user name and password to return to your personal video interview page later on, in case you’re not ready to start the video interview when you first log in. You can also quit and log back in again later if you begin an video interview and then find that you can’t complete it.
You must complete each video interview before midnight on its expiration date, so login as soon as possible to review your video interview details, as well as test your equipment! (Live video interviews have a scheduled date and time, so have no expiration date.)
Virtual Video Interviews:OR | A computer with a webcam, speakers and microphone (usually built into your computer) and high speed Internet connection, OR an Android or iOS mobile device may be used For mobile devices you will need to download our Interview4 mobile app at either the Apple App Store or Google Play. |
Live Video Interviews: | May only be taken on a desktop or laptop computer that has a webcam, speaker and microphone (usually built into the computer), and high speed internet. You will ALSO NEED a headset, head phones or earbuds. You will NOT be able to use a mobile device or smart phone for a Live Interview. |
NOTE: If you do not own a webcam or a headset, you can purchase them at any local electronic store, or by ordering here. Alternately, you may also choose to use a friend’s or library’s computer or smart phone. Because all evaluation information is securely saved in the Cloud you don’t have to worry about anyone accessing your personal evaluation history from the devices you choose to use!
